Returns & Exchanges
At CockBlock ToysTM, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible items in their original packaging.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original box with all tags attached, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping carton.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email and drop off the package at any authorized courier location within 7 business days of your request.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
